Issue and the Coping Strategy of Safety Drinkable Water for Farmers and Livestock in Gansu Povince

Serious shortage of water resource in Gansu Province,especially the drinking water problems of farmers and livestock had never been completely resolved. Due to the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of people＇s living standards,more concerns had been paid to water safety. Based on the analysis of the distribution and type in water scarcity region,the possible solution proposal to solve the problem of providing safety drinking water was suggested. Taking the water safety project in northwest area of Gangu Country in Gansu Province for rural people as an example,the approach of using motor-pumped drinking water projects to provide safety drinking water for local people was analyzed and further their livelihood was improved.
