Design of Self-adjustable Off-focus Positioning System with Subnano Precision
Article Abstract: The main development direction of single particle tracking technology is to improve its space and time resolution.We designed a self-adjustable off-focus positioning system based on off-focus image analysis,which efficiently increases the timeliness and accuracy of single particle tracking system and makes it possible to track single protein or vesicle in three dimensions,in whole cell,and in real time with subnanometer precision.
