Analysis on The Recovery of the Condensate from Effect II Evaporator and the Influnence on the Boiler

Article Abstract: In the previous period, intermittent coil blast caused by scale and corrosion to the boiler of our company and corrosion, some people hold that it is caused by the recovery of the condensate from Effect Ⅱ evaporator as boiler make-up water. Based on the aspects of application by other companies,operation of make- up water in our company,operation and maintenance of equipment and the preparation equipment for make-up water,this paper analyzes the reasons leading the make-up water to fail to reach standard.h has been proved that the quality of the condensate from the Effect Ⅱ evaporator can completely meet the need of the boiler water.
