Clinical observation of vitrectomy for the treatment of 42 intracular foreign bodies
Objective To evaluate the effect of vitrectomy treatment of intracular foreign bodies.Methods 42 cases（42 eyes） who were suffered from intralcular foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively.All eyes were followed up from 6 months to one year.Results Foreign bodies removed successfully in 42 eyes（100% ）,visual acuity improved in 35 cases.Conclusion Vitrectomy for posterior segment intracular foreign bodies has advantages of intuition,accurate,safety,reduced complications.
